Yes! All our bedsheets are made from 100% GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified organic cotton. This means the cotton used is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, ensuring a healthier environment and a chemical-free product for you and your family.

Yes, our bedsheets are produced in a Fair Trade certified
factory. This certification ensures that the workers involved in the production
process are paid fair wages, work in safe conditions, and are treated
ethically.

To keep your organic cotton bedsheets soft and in great
condition:

  • Wash them in cold or lukewarm water with mild detergent.
  • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as they can break down the fibers.
  • Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry.
  • Iron on a low setting if necessary.

With your help and support we are striving hard to be more sustanable.

We prioritize sustainability in our packaging. Our boxes are crafted from FSC-certified materials which means the materials are sourced from forests which have their biodiversity preserved, benefiting the local people and workers and ensuring the sustainability for the forests. Also they are fully recyclable.

Place the box in your recycling bin or drop it off at your local recycling center.

As founders, we’ve poured our hearts into every detail to create sheets that truly stand apart. We began with a deep commitment to sustainability, carefully selecting organic cotton that not only benefits the planet but also supports the well-being of everyone involved in its production. We researched every aspect—thread count, fine yarns, and the quality of the sateen 4-over-1 weave—to ensure each sheet offers the perfect balance of softness, breathability, and durability. But we didn’t stop there. We paid close attention to every stitching detail, including French seams, to deliver a flawless, perfectly finished product. Every choice we made was guided by our passion to give you a sleep experience that’s not only luxurious but also crafted with care for both you and the world around us.

Shipping

Yes! standard shipping on all orders is on us within united states.

Options to pay for faster shipping are also available and estimated at the time of checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, you can expect standard shipping to take 2 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Orders & Payments

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on our website or the carrier's website.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 30 minutes of placing your order at hello@treesandhugs.com.

Changes can only be made during business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST.

We cannot process cancellations on weekends (Saturday or Sunday).

If you miss the cancellation window, you may initiate a return once your order arrives.

Order cancellations are not guaranteed. Trees & Hugs reserves the right to deny cancellation requests from customers with excessive cancellation activity.

Sales tax is determined by your shipping address and applicable local, state, or country laws. If you are located in a region that requires sales tax to be collected, you may see a charge added to your order during checkout. The exact amount will depend on the tax rate in your location. If you are outside of the jurisdiction where sales tax is applicable, you may not be charged sales tax.

Be sure to enter your shipping address at checkout to see the sales tax amount.

Returns and Exchanges

To return an eligible item, simply contact our customer service team at hello@treesandhugs.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send the item back, and you will receive a full refund once the return is processed

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items include sale items and gift cards.

Domestic Returns: Currently we are offering free returns for eligible items.

International Returns: We currently do not offer international shipping or returns.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

If your order included any additional shipping or handling charges, that amount will not be refunded.
